Purpose

Iris and Hubert Allen Scholarship Fund, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, including distributions to organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The specific purpose is providing college scholarships to area students.

In furtherance of this purpose, the corporation shall raise funds for awarding college scholarships to local students graduating from an accredited high school and accepted at an accredited college or university.
