Scholarships
Who may be considered, and how awards have worked
Eligibility on this page is limited to what the articles of incorporation say. Dates, dollar amounts, and the application PDF for the next cycle are not yet published.
Eligibility (from the articles)
The Fund awards college scholarships to local students who are:
- graduating from an accredited high school, and
- accepted at an accredited college or university.
The articles do not state a grade-point average, a list of eligible high schools, a residency radius, or a number of awards per year. This site does not invent those rules.
How to apply
Applications are emailed to scholarships@irisandhubertallen.org. That is the Fund’s published address for applications. A current-cycle PDF is not posted on this site.
How awards have worked
A completed example is the 2024 award cycle. In that past cycle the Fund granted:
- one scholarship of $4,000
- two scholarships of $1,000 each
Those amounts and the three names on the Recipients page describe 2024 only. They are not current openings and not a commitment for a future cycle.
